WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GET TO AND FROM YOUR WEDDING VENUE, ST. NICOLAI RUIN?

Directions to St. Nicolai Ruin ➡️ Clarion Hotel Wisby 1. Head north on Strandgatan toward Donners plats. 2. Turn right onto Södra Murgatan. 3. Continue onto Norra Murgatan. 4. Turn left onto Smedjegatan. 5. St. Nicolai Ruin will be on your right. Walking Time: Approximately 10 minutes. ➡️ Hotel Helgeand Wisby 1. Head west, then right toward Hospitalsgatan 2. Turn right onto Smedjegatan, walk approx. 170 m 3. St. Nicolai Ruin will be on your right. Walking Time: Approximately 3 minutes. ➡️ From St. Clemens Hotell 1. Head south on S:t Clemens Gata toward Norra Murgatan. 2. Turn right onto Norra Murgatan. 3. Turn left onto Smedjegatan. 4. St. Nicolai Ruin will be on your right. Ceremony and Dinner will be inside St. Nicolai Ruin. Reception will be in the St. Nicolai Garden.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR YOUR WEDDING?

Summer Casual as we gather under the warm Gotland sun, Let the breezes guide your style! Visby is known for its charming cobblestone streets. While they add to the town's medieval charm, they can be tricky to navigate in certain types of footwear. We recommend wearing comfortable, walk-friendly shoes to ensure you can move around easily and enjoy the festivities without any discomfort.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN VISBY?

Weather in Visby in July: Visby in July enjoys pleasant summer weather with average high temperatures around 22°C (71°F) and lows around 15°C (59°F). It's the warmest month of the year, but it can also be rainy, with an average of 67 mm of precipitation over 11 days. So, it's a good idea to bring a light jacket or umbrella just in case! (In case of rain, we will be covered by the walls of St. Nicolai Ruin)

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED AT YOUR WEDDING?

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres during the reception followed by a sit-down dinner. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, particularly regarding meat or other food sensitivities when you RSVP.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN?

Of course! Children are welcome to attend our wedding, Please note that the event includes a ceremony with performances and a sit-down dinner, so we kindly ask that you consider whether your children will be comfortable throughout the evening.

WHERE SHOULD WE BRING/SEND OUR WEDDING GIFT?

As we celebrate the joy of our wedding and the beautiful journey of 10 years of love and friendship, we have decided to create a lasting impact. In place of traditional wedding gifts, we kindly ask you to consider making a donation to our newly formed foundation. The Harmer Foundation (see "Registry" tab) A wedding card box will also be at our reception. Our mission is to make a difference for the less fortunate to build a brighter future for generations to come. Your generous contribution will help us support meaningful causes and create positive change in the world.
